There are four different kinds of subscriptions for m-Path.
- Free (Try out the platform and set up a small pilot study.)
- Essential research (Run a single study without personal support.)
- Standard research (Run multiple projects and get personal support.)
- Comfort (Get unparalleled support and take advantage of our 10+ years of mobile assessment expertise. )

Additional subscriptions
The standard premium research includes almost all features described in this manual. There are however some features that require additional subscriptions or fees:
The intervention editor: The intervention editor (see website) allows you to create a module screen or intervention screen in m-Path. This way you can design environments in which you can implement exercises, explanations and step-by-step guides which your participants can access at their leisure, anytime, anywhere.
Full mobile sensing: This subscription allows you to constantly read the sensors of participants phone (e.g. activity, pedometer, accelerometer, location, app usage, …). For more information, see manual page. While this form of data collection is not yet recommended for clinical use, it can be interesting in research.
Mobile sensing lite: allows you to read some sensors during a questionnaire. Using this subscription it is also possible to record audio files and take pictures during a questionnaire. For more information, see manual page. Mobile sensing lite is included in the full mobile sensing subscription.
The mood board editor: Clinicians can always just look at participant data themselves and choose graphs for certain variables. The moodboard editor allows a researcher to form visualizations in advance, so relevant data is instantly elevated and clearly represented.
Cognitive test package: This subscription allows researchers to add a collection of cognitive tests into questionnaires or applets. The cognitive tests are set up set up (e.g. length, feedback screen, stop criteria) by m-Path in collaboration with the researcher.
Workshop: 2-hour workshop in which the full study design process in m-Path is demonstrated. If your license purchase includes an intervention editor or a full mobile sensing setup, this workshop will be provided to you free of charge..
Support: Technical support is included in any license. However, support on a higher level, pertaining to creating questionnaires and creating complex control flows, can be requested by purchasing this additional support package
Consulting: Our team of experts can be consulted for statistical analysis and in ESM study design.
