The <em>Visualize<\/em> tab allows you to visually display data from one specific client. To go to the <em>Visualize<\/em> page from one specific client, go to the <em>Clients<\/em> tab and click on &#8216;<i class=\"far fa-chart-bar\"><\/i>&#8216; of the client whose data you want to visualize.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Response rate numbers<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>On top of the page you&#8217;ll find some numbers that&#8217;ll tell you more about the response rate of the participant. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"946\" height=\"95\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/response-rate.png\" alt=\"It's a screenshot of the numbers on top of the Visualize page.\nResponse rate: 64% (61% last week);\nBeeps sent: 123 (28 last week);\nBeeps scheduled: 117 (29 next week);\nDays with responses: 63 (6 last week).\" class=\"wp-image-13960\" srcset=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/response-rate.png 946w, \/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/response-rate-300x30.png 300w, \/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/response-rate-768x77.png 768w, \/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/response-rate-50x5.png 50w, \/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/response-rate-60x6.png 60w, \/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/response-rate-100x10.png 100w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 946px) 100vw, 946px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Response rate<\/strong>: this is calculated based on <em>completed<\/em> scheduled beeps* divided by <em>all <\/em>scheduled beeps* <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Beeps sent<\/strong>: these is the total count of scheduled beeps* sent, whether they were completed by the participant or not<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Beeps scheduled<\/strong>: are all upcoming beeps* that are scheduled for the participant<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Days with responses<\/strong>: these are all days that the participant has responded to at least one beep* in the past.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>*(<em>scheduled) beeps<\/em> don&#8217;t include: reminders, test on client notifications and self-initiated completing of questionnaires like button or repeat questionnaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;<em>Last week<\/em>&#8221; and &#8220;<em>next week<\/em>&#8221; talks about the 7 days following or previous days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Example 1<\/span>: &#8220;<em>61% response rate last week<\/em>&#8220;. Let&#8217;s assume today is a Wednesday, than it means that the participant completed 61% of the notifications they got from today until past Thursday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Example 2<\/span>: 1 beep is scheduled and 2 reminders are sent. On the second reminder, the participant fills in the questionnaire. The response rate will be 100%, because all the scheduled beeps were answered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Example 3<\/span>: 2 beeps are scheduled, the first one is missed. The second one is filled in and the participant initiates to repeat the questionnaire two more times. You can hide quantitative or qualitative variables by clicking the &#8220;x&#8221; next to their respective label. To unhide variables, click any empty space inside the label selection box. This will display a list with all available labels, in which you can check all labels you want to visualize.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Display quantitative items<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Under <em>Display quantitative items<\/em>, you can check the quantitative items (e.g. slider questions) you want to visualize. Note that you can only check items from the interactions that are checked in the <em><a href=\"\/knowledge-base\/visualize\/#select-interactions\">Select interactions<\/a><\/em> box.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Display qualitative items (tooltip)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><meta charset=\"utf-8\">Under <em>Display qualitative items<\/em>, you can check the qualitative items (e.g. open questions) you want to visualize. Note that you can only check items from the interactions that are checked in the <em><a href=\"\/knowledge-base\/visualize\/#select-interactions\">Select interactions<\/a><\/em> box.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Client activity<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Under <em>Client activity<\/em>, the client&#8217;s data will be visualized. The dashboard will display a scatter plot of the two selected items and will compute their correlation.
