The mail will be sent to the mail of the practitioner&#8217;s account. The text in the mail will be the question or statement from the Notify person item. It is also possible to insert text from previous answers using the<a href=\"\/knowledge-base\/piping-from-a-previous-question\/\"> insert functionality<\/a>. The subject of the mail will include the name of the participant. Of course, the mail will only be sent if the question is called during a questionnaire. For example, if this question is avoided through conditional logic, the mail will not be sent. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-danger\">The mail will only be sent once the answers from the participant are uploaded to the server. The mail might only be found in the spam folder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Example<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Add a question (E.g. <em>Do you have suicidal thoughts?<\/em>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the upside down arrow next to the question <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make a <a href=\"\/knowledge-base\/conditional-question\/\">conditional question<\/a> (E.g. <em>Yes<\/em>) <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add in <em>Question or statement<\/em> the content of your mail (E.g. <em>The participant has suicidal thoughts<\/em>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-info\">You can also add a Notify person item without making it conditional to a previous question. This way the received mail can contain Information from a previous question. For example if you want to add in, information from a previous question with the label <em>labelQuestion<\/em> you can use the following text in the <strong>question or statement<\/strong> field: <em>The participant has suicidal thoughts @INSERT{[labelQuestion]}.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Settings<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">General<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button is-style-outline is-style-outline--1\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-text-color wp-element-button\" href=\"\/knowledge-base\/questions-general-settings\/\" style=\"color:#03a9f3\">General settings for all questions<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Specific<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>In <strong>other m-Path accounts to send mail to<\/strong> you can add other m-Path accounts that will receive an email. You can only add people with an m-Path account. You add people by adding their code (seen top left in dashboard).
