Give it a specific name to easily distinct between different interactions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-alert\">The name of your interaction will also be visible to the client, unless you start it with an underscore (e.g., _name).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Type<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>There are three different interaction types: a <a href=\"\/knowledge-base\/create-a-questionnaire\/\">questionnaire<\/a>, a <a href=\"\/article-categories\/button\/\">button <\/a>and an <a href=\"\/article-categories\/applet\/\">applet<\/a>. The type of interaction determines how the information can be displayed to the client, yet the basis for all interaction types is a questionnaire. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button is-style-outline is-style-outline--1\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-text-color wp-element-button\" href=\"\/knowledge-base\/types-of-interactions\/\" style=\"color:#03a9f3\">Different types of interaction<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Request demographic data<\/strong> <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In the interaction properties, you can set up an automatic question about demographic variables. It will automatically be asked before the interaction takes place. Your client only has to answer this question once.
