Personalizing the schedule<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Some participants may wake up at 06:00 in the morning, others at 10:00. Using <a href=\"\/knowledge-base\/apply-protocol\/#how-to-personalize-a-schedule\">apply protocol <\/a>you can shift the protocol to make sure it matches the schedule of your participant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.
